Yesterday, the unthinkable happened. Maddie passed away.
My heart breaks with the pain that Heather and Mike are experiencing. Maddie was truly a beautiful and precious little girl who has touched countless people during her short life.
Please donate to the March of Dimes in Maddie's memory.

I too am in complete shock. I saw this last night as soon as they posted and I just couldn't believe it. I still can't believe it. My heart breaks for them.
There are no words adequate. I haven't followed their blog, and the site seems to be down at the moment. I wish them peace at some point in the future.
The website doesn't seem to be working right now, but I'll check it later...so sad.
